High Temperature Coatings

We offer high temperature coatings for the service conditions till 210°C, 410°C, 610°C & 810°C. We have developed special coatings formulation for sulphur resistance.

The aerosol cans have wide range for mechanical maintenance applications like loosening of jammed nuts & bolts, corrosion protection during transhipment of goods, removal of gaskets / rust / oil / grease /carbon deposits / paints, prevent seizing of threaded components at high temperature, prevention of belt slippage in rainy seasons, prevention of spatter adhesion during welding operation, non destructive testing of cracks and defects in metal surfaces.

In addition we offer wide range of aerosol cans, fast drying cleaner, peelable protective coating for electrical maintenance applications like moisture displacement spray and for improving IR values, in-situ repair of damaged insulation, cleaning of electrical & electronic equipment even in energized condition, protection of battery terminals against acid sulfation, dry conformal coating over PCB etc.,

Repair Epoxies

We offer wide range of metal epoxy putty, epoxy steel putty and metal epoxy sticks to restore, rebuild & repair of any damaged/ worn-out/ scrapped machinery & equipment to its original shape and condition. It facilitates reclamation instead of replacement (repair cost - less than 20% of replacement cost). The other advantages are in-situ maintenance, less down-time (within 2 hours). Leak Arrest Putties
