| Titanium Stick Express Titanium Putty/ Stick is a quick setting putty / stick which cures in 5 minutes for instant leak arrest. The putty bonds effectively on oily surface and under running pressure.
Common locations / causes of tranformer oil leak
- Leak due to oil penetration through the bolts and threaded connections
- Flange gasket failures of top cover/bottom cover of transformer lids
- Bushing leak through the base mounting flanges
- Leak through drain plug / On-line Tap Changer ( OLTC )/Level Dial gauge
- Leak Through Weld seams and radiator fins
- Failure of Gaskets on flapper and butterfly valves controlling the flow of oil between the radiator and main oil tank
- We also arrest live SF6 gas leaking through circuit breakers
