High Temperature Coatings
We offer high temperature coatings for the service conditions till 210°C, 410°C, 610°C & 810°C. We have developed special coatings formulation for sulphur resistance.

| Heat Guard Heat Guard offers protection of surfaces exposed to high temperatures. Temperature resistance till 810°C. The coating provides excellent heat and thermal shock resistance.The product has good stebility to colour and severe thermal cycling when temperature fluctuate from ambient and high temperature. The finished application exhibit excellent aesthetic appearance and the product is available in variety of standard and custom colours. The product is manufactured as per IS specification no:13183/1991.
Applications: Chimney, Under Insulation Installations, Oven, DG Set, Engine, Casings, burner, exhaust, blower, boiler and steam pipe. |

| Heat Insulate HEAT INSULATE - after application blocks heat or cold transfer through the coated surface. The coating achieve efficiency enhancement by saving electricity and energy consumption. These heat insulate coatings are used extensively in ovens, furnace, moulds, steam pipe and air ducts. Most importantly these products prevent underneath corrosion and shall be used as Cold insulation coatings such as cold storage facility, cold pipelines, coolers, Sweating lines, Freezers. |
